The individual student’s academic growth and ability are measured throughout the student’s educational career. The results of the standardized testing are also used to assist in curriculum development and for planning instructional goals.

Below is a schedule of those testing days:

2011 - 2012 TESTING SCHEDULE

• October 4: Reading Achievement Test, Grade 3
• October 24 - 28: Ohio Graduation Test, Grades 11 & 12
• March 12 - 16: Ohio Graduation Test, Grade 10 and above
• March 12 - 16: Ohio Graduation Practice Test/ACT Practice Test, Grade 9
• April 11 - 17: Standford/Otis Lennon Tests, Grades 1 & 2
• April 23: Reading Achievement Test, Grades 3 - 8
• April 25: Math Achievement Test, Grades 3 - 8
• April 27: Science Achievement Test, Grades 5 & 8
• May 7 - 8: Diagnostic Writing Test, Grades 1 & 2
